Contract

“Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educomplex, in the face of the school headmaster Arminae Topchyan (hereafter headmaster) and …’s parent (hereafter parent) are signing this contract on the following: 

1. The subject of the contract
   This is the care and development service of a 2-5-year-old alumnus (hereafter alumnus) with the program of creator’s school, individual’s educational order and media public education implemented at the Educomplex:
   1.1.     Organization of alumni care in an environment necessary for the independent, natural, free and comprehensive development every day except on Saturdays and Sundays (mode can be chosen)

• 9.00 – 17.00
• 9.00 – 13.00
  1.2.     Organization of alumnus care and free-programmed development in a model group-room and in the school-yard garden with the application of summer beach, swimming, biking, developing games and also with the implementation of rituals, festivals and reviews defined by the educational calendar of the  Educomplex.
  1.3.     Organization of alumnus development with the use of such digital means as: projector, camera, voice recorder and the Internet
  1.4.     Presentation of everyday meals and the reportage of the alumnus and group activities on the school website, electronic magazine Partez, in the blog of the group or via the electronic mail address or by other means.
  1.5.        Organization of meals with the established order: two meals a day (9.00 – 13.00) and three meals a day (9.00 – 17.00)  .
  1.6.     Providing proper sanitary and hygienic conditions
  1.7.     Provision of services of a psychologist, defectologist, social pedagogue, pedagogue for children with special needs, the first medical aidThe parent has the right to
  2.1.     take part in the program seminars, discussions and in the development of the program.
  2.2.     Protect the alumnus’s interests and rights defined by the legislation of the RA and the school regulations.
  2.3.     Learn the annual outlay and the financial report of the group
  2.4.     Control the contract performance by himself/herself (or) with the help of the parent council of the program
  2.5.    Use the alumnus’s two-month vacation in the established order

3.    The parent must
3.1      learn the pre-school education program package, take part in the seminar trainings, which provide parent’s pedagogical awareness, self-education and self-development, have and use email, internet, always follow mskh.am, “Partez” and the school sub sites.

1. 3.2          inform the teacher, in the established order, of the alumnus’s illness, being late or any other excused absence.
   3.3      provide the alumnus with a bicycle, bathing suit and with common usage educational materials.
   3.4      inform the headmaster of the alumnus’s vacation beforehand in written form (taking either two- months’ vacation at a time or taking a month-vacation twice)

4.   The headmaster must
4.1.     provide the service defined by this contract in groups of 20-25 alumni.
4.2.     not stop the trainings in winter by providing normal temperature.
4.3.     implement the program “Summer Kindergarten” in summer.
4.4.        implement the program “Winter Kindergarten” in winter.
4.5.        periodically Inform the parent about the results of the alumnus’s consolidation of the educational program by means of educational packet, ritual ceremonies and seminars for parents.
4.6.        provide the program with specialist educators creating conditions for their nonstop education and professional development.
4.7.     Organize alumnus’s transportation on the parent input by the established order.
4.8.     Provide the total amount of expenses according to the annual outlay of expenses and publish the annual report.
4.9.     Establish a proper control over the performance of the services defined by this contract. 

1. 5.   Funding for the program
   5.1.     State support cash allocations for the implementation of the experimental pedagogical programs in public education.

5.2.     The alumnus’s legal representative’s fee established by the educational contract.

1. 6.    The Cost of the Contract and the Calculation Procedure
   6.1.     For the program designed meals, care and services the legal representative pays:
   20.000 (twenty thousand) Armenian drams a month in case of the 9.00 – 17.00 mode
   15.000 (fifteen thousand) Armenian drams a month  in case of the 9.00 – 13.00 mode

6.2.     Payments determined by the contract should be done by transferring 20.000 (twenty thousand) drams to the bank account of the Educomplex until the 5^th of each month in the established order.as required by the law.
6.3.     An additional contract is signed for additional services which are not anticipated in this contract.

 7.   The contract term and the termination conditions
7.1.      The contract comes into effect at the moment of signing and is in force until the 31^st of August, 2015.
7.2.           The contract can be terminated by the agreement of the parties, in the established order at the Educomplex.
7.3.       This contract has been signed in two tantamount copies, one to each party.
